The hourly pay rate starts at $21/hour and onwards based on experience in the field. Key provides services for children on the autism spectrum directly under the guidance and supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst). This position is working in-home implementing ABA (applied behavior analysis) therapy and counselling programs established by a BCBA. Depending on your location, most of the cases are after school hours, so you must have a flexible schedule for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts. Experience using a Cognitive Behavior Intervention Plan with youth and families Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification Assistance and FREE 40h Course Requirements of RBT: Bachelor's Degree or working towards your degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology) preferred Experience working with children for 1 year in a 1:1 setting 1-year ABA/RBT Experience If no direct ABA experience, 1-2 years working as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, Medical Assistant, Mental Health Technician, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor in a school or home setting Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record Must have your own transportation and auto insurance in order to travel between clients Physical Requirements Employee must be able to lift up to 35lbs.
