About the Role: About the role Act as the European subject matter expert for premium and flagship audio categories, delivering advanced product training, demonstrations, and technical sales enablement that reflect the craftsmanship, performance, and luxury positioning of the company's high-end portfolio. The role supports premium business growth across Export markets and strategic dealer networks (Diamond Dealers) through expert engagement, events, media support, and knowledge development. What You Will Do: Serve as the EU expert for High-End Marantz, Denon, and Bowers & Wilkins flagship product categories. Deliver advanced training programs for Diamond Dealers, HiFi Klubben experts, distributors, and specialist retail partners. Conduct in-person training events at European Experience Centers, including Eindhoven, Worthing, and Barcelona. Support premium product launches through dealer training, technical briefings, webinars, and demonstration events. Represent the brands at national and international HiFi exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer events, providing best-in-class product demonstrations. Support PR and specialist media engagements with technical expertise, product presentations, press demonstrations, and reviewer briefings. Develop and deliver digital training content, including webinars, videos, LMS modules, and launch materials, to scale technical knowledge across Europe. Partner with Product Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure accurate and compelling training content. Provide field sales support to key Export markets and strategic premium accounts, helping increase product advocacy, dealer competency, and sell-out performance. Ensure premium retail partners can effectively communicate product differentiation, craftsmanship, technologies, and luxury brand positioning to end consumers. Gather market feedback, competitive insights, and dealer input to support product and commercial strategies. Contribute to the development of a structured trainer certification and career development pathway for future premium training specialists.
