Project-Based Healthcare Customer Care Coordinator - Prescription Benefits Specialist We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Healthcare Customer Care Coordinator to join our team on a project basis. As a Prescription Benefits Specialist, you'll play a critical role in addressing US-based customers' prescription benefits questions and concerns regarding their claims, deductibles, coverage, and more. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls from US customers, addressing questions and concerns about their prescription healthcare benefits.
  • Provide detailed information about insurance coverage, benefit plans, copays, and coverage determination.
  • Handle prescription refills, order status updates, and tracking.
  • Educate customers on online self-service tools and troubleshoot issues.
  • Empathize with customers, resolving concerns to simplify their healthcare experience.
  • Navigate multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
  • Adapt to changing business needs, learning new call types and flexing support as required.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Customer-focused personality with a desire to help others.
  • Professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette.
  • Full-time schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Willingness to submit a drug test and background check.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in healthcare or insurance.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Work Environment and Requirements As a remote worker, you'll need:

  • A dedicated, quiet, and secured workspace with no distractions.
  • A hard-wired internet connection via ethernet cable to modem/router ( Continuum will provide company equipment).
  • A USB wired headset with a noise-canceling microphone.
  • High-speed internet with at least 10 mbps download speed (no satellite, Wi-Fi, or cellular/wireless carrier hotspot or internet services).
