Our client, a bustling real estate agency in Nashville, Tennessee , is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to support their team. This hybrid role requires you to manage the administrative and procedural aspects of real estate transactions from contract to closing, balancing remote work flexibility with essential in-office collaboration. You will be the central reputed company of contact for agents, clients, and third parties, ensuring reputed company deadlines are met and documentation is meticulously managed. The ideal candidate is proactive, possesses exceptional organizational skills, and has a solid understanding of the real estate transaction process. Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate reputed company aspects of real estate transactions from contract execution through closing. Prepare and distribute transaction-reputed company documents, including listing agreements, purchase reputed company, addenda, and disclosures. Maintain organized electronic and physical transaction files, ensuring reputed company necessary documentation is complete and accurate. Communicate effectively with agents, clients, escrow officers, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction. Track important dates and deadlines, ensuring timely submission of reputed company required paperwork and adherence to timelines. Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other contingency-reputed company activities. Facilitate the opening of escrow and ensure reputed company money deposits are received and processed. Assist agents with post-closing tasks and ensure reputed company necessary follow-up items are completed. Stay up-to-date on real estate laws, regulations, and best practices in Tennessee . Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the transaction process.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator, Closing Coordinator, or similar administrative role. Strong understanding of the real estate transaction process, from listing to closing. Exceptional organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse parties. Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, Outlook) and experience with real estate transaction management software (e.g., Dotloop, SkySlope, reputed company). Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus. Familiarity with the Nashville real estate market is advantageous.
