They are seeking an Adjunct Professor to teach graduate-level Human Resources courses and facilitate student learning in an online environment.

Responsibilities

• Teach graduate-level Human Resources courses
• Facilitate student learning through Canvas LMS
• Evaluate assignments, projects, and learning outcomes
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and grades
• Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and Capstone evaluations
• Provide academic mentorship and support to students
• Maintain academic excellence and integrity in teaching

Skills

• Possess a Doctoral/terminal degree (Ph.D., D.Sc., or equivalent)
• All faculty credentials must be issued by a properly accredited institution
• Proven experience teaching in higher education, with familiarity in using Canvas as a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Ability to teach online
• Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills
• Work permit in USA
• Experience in curriculum development and instructional design
• Industry experience in Human Resources management and strategy
• Experience teaching in higher education
