Responsibilities

• Complete a paid screener to help us assess your background and suitability for specific research tasks
• Participate in AI-moderated interviews/written tasks
• Complete qualitative surveys and feedback activities
• Share insights about workflow management practices, tool selection, and organizational needs

Skills

• Hold a Manager-level position or above
• Work in AI / Machine Learning Engineer, Software Engineering, Software Development, Product Management, or UX/Product Design
• Currently use, or are actively considering using, workflow management tools
• Participate in decision-making regarding development, product, or workflow management tools within an organization
• Manager-level experience or higher in software engineering, product management, or product design functions
• Experience evaluating, selecting, implementing, or managing workflow management tools
• Familiarity with software development, product development, or design workflows
• Involvement in purchasing decisions, tool selection, budgeting, or strategic recommendations related to development and collaboration tools
• Direct experience with tools such as Jira, Linear, Azure DevOps, GitHub Projects, GitLab Issues/Boards, Shortcut, Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com is required
