Responsibilities

• Connect with student-athletes, parents, coaches, clubs, academies, and sports organizations
• Build relationships with families exploring college or university recruiting support
• Learn about each athlete’s athletic, academic, and personal goals
• Clearly communicate how AllRecruit supports athletes and families
• Help identify athletes who may be a strong fit for AllRecruit
• Guide qualified prospects through the next steps with our team
• Maintain consistent follow-up and manage conversations professionally
• Collaborate with AllRecruit’s leadership and placement teams
• Represent AllRecruit with energy, honesty, and professionalism
