• Competitive Salary $70.00 – $90.00 per hour Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Duties
• Provide remote and in-person supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), offering mentorship, guidance, and compassionate leadership.
• Design and reputed company individualized, data-driven treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
• Conduct virtual assessments, parent training, and team collaboration sessions.
• Support families through consistent communication and guidance to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance client care.
• Promote a positive, collaborative clinical culture.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification through the BACB
• Active state licensure (LBA) as required
• Master's or Doctorate in ABA or reputed company field
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred before start date)
• Ability to pass a background reputed company
• Strong communication skills across virtual and in-person settings
