This remote, incentive‑based role is ideal for individuals who excel at outbound sales and closing deals independently.

Responsibilities

• Generate and close new business opportunities in the US market
• Prospect via LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and referrals
• Identify decision‑makers and understand client pain points
• Present and pitch company offerings to US‑based prospects
• Own the sales cycle end‑to‑end: lead → pitch → negotiation → closure
• Maintain accurate pipeline updates and revenue forecasts
• Coordinate with internal delivery / account teams post‑closure

Skills

• Must be based in the United States
• Proven experience in Business Development / Sales / Account Acquisition
• Strong understanding of US customers, buying behavior, and sales cycles
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Comfortable working in a fully remote setup
• Highly self‑motivated, target‑driven, and outcome‑focused
• Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach is a plus
