[Remote] Business Development Manager- Healthcare

BSI is a business improvement and standards company seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager for the Healthcare sector. The role focuses on maintaining and expanding client relationships, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with large, strategically important clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and success
  • Drive business growth by securing new clients and expanding existing accounts within the Healthcare sector
  • Lead account planning and sales efforts to ensure targets are met and exceeded
  • Participate in industry associations and events to promote BSI’s brand and solutions
  • Work closely with teams across the Americas to support broader sales initiatives and business development efforts
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality services that align with client needs and BSI’s strategic goals

Skills

  • Proven experience in business development, account management, or sales within healthcare, or similar sectors
  • Strong understanding of healthcare and related assurance services
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with a track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients
  • Thought leadership and engagement in industry events, webinars, and associations
  • Knowledge of the Americas market, with a focus on sustainability and assurance solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in solutions sales and business development
  • Experience in assessment/audit solutions in a professional services environment
