The Clinical Systems Analyst will support and troubleshoot clinical applications, ensuring effective operations and user satisfaction within the healthcare technology landscape.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of EHR, Practice Management, Revenue Cycle, and integrated solutions, specifically Athena Health clinical applications
• Participate in the configuration and customization of clinical applications to meet the needs of SCA’s specialty practices
• Work with end-users to identify, document, and resolve issues related to clinical applications
• Assist in the development and execution of test plans, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing for system updates and new system implementations
• Support data integrity initiatives by assisting with data extraction, reporting, and analysis
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, clinical staff, and vendors to ensure seamless system operations
• Develop training materials and provide end-user training and support, as needed
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare technology and clinical applications

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a systems administrator or analyst capacity using Athena Health applications in a provider practice environment
• Comfortable communicating directly with physicians, practice operations, revenue cycle, and external vendors
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a changing and fast-paced environment
• Experience using ServiceNow, ZenDesk, Jira, or equivalent ticketing systems
• Experience working with specialty practices
