[Remote] Content Manager

They are seeking an experienced Content Manager to oversee the content lifecycle, develop strategic marketing content, and ensure brand consistency across various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Leading content projects from initial briefing through creation, approvals, publishing, and performance measurement
  • Managing the content intake process by gathering requirements, refining briefs, conducting content audits, and providing strategic recommendations
  • Planning and executing quarterly messaging campaigns aligned with marketing and business priorities
  • Partnering with analytics and community management teams to develop insight-driven content strategies
  • Acting as the guardian of the STS brand voice, ensuring consistency across all communications
  • Researching new content opportunities, themes, and storytelling angles
  • Editing and proofreading all content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and quality
  • Repurposing existing content into engaging formats such as infographics, social media content, and website assets
  • Monitoring and reporting on content performance across LinkedIn, Mailchimp, and the STS website, using insights to continuously improve results
  • Managing competing priorities while proactively communicating risks and recommendations
  • Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to identify new content opportunities

Skills

  • A strong editorial, communications, or content marketing background
  • Proven experience managing content across multiple digital platforms
  • Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Experience developing and executing digital content marketing strategies
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • A proactive, self-driven approach with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn performance data into actionable insights
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a global remote team
  • Experience within the financial services or professional services sector is advantageous
