[Remote] Customer Service Representative - AI Trainer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. DataAnnotation is looking for an existing Customer Service Representative to help train AI models. In this role, you will measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.
Responsibilities
- Give AI chatbots tasks and evaluate their outputs
- Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
Skills
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
- A current, in progress, or completed Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
