Position Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, self‑motivated Remote Data Entry Specialist to join careerzynith’s growing operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately capturing, validating, and processing large volumes of customer information, ensuring that all data is entered at a minimum speed of 6,000 keystrokes per hour (approximately 25 words per minute) while maintaining flawless accuracy. Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain DCS screens, transmit finalized data to clients, and document all actions in accordance with audit requirements.
  • Research and troubleshoot system‑related data issues, providing timely resolutions to maintain data integrity.
  • Demonstrate exemplary customer service behaviors, communicating clearly and courteously with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prioritize tasks from multiple team members, navigating a fast‑moving environment with poise and professionalism.

Essential Qualifications
