They are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Manager responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of projects using Agile methodologies and Java technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business objectives
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact for project-related communications
• Implement Agile methodologies to enhance project delivery and team collaboration
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project execution
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, challenges, and achievements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and team performance
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in project management

Skills

• Must have more than 12 years of experience
• Must have telecom domain experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks
• Proficiency in Java and related technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer relationship management
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project challenges
• Demonstrated success in managing delivery projects and customer relationships
• Experience with project management tools and software
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
• Relevant certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP) are a plus
