[Remote] Enterprise Account Executive

They are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth across enterprise accounts in life sciences and manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on new logo acquisition and revenue growth
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders across operations, technical, innovation, digital transformation, and leadership functions
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand customer priorities, challenges, and business objectives
  • Partner with internal technical teams to support demonstrations, evaluations, pilot initiatives, and solution adoption
  • Develop compelling business cases and value propositions tailored to customer needs
  • Manage complex buying processes involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business development, customer success, product, and leadership teams
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and customer meetings

Skills

  • 8 years of successful enterprise sales experience as an enterprise account executive or related role
  • Proven track record of selling software, technology, SaaS, data, analytics, or digital transformation solutions
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and multiple stakeholder groups
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working within regulated industries or complex operational environments
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies and CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Experience selling into life sciences, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, chemical, or industrial sectors
  • Exposure to AI, advanced analytics, automation, or emerging technology solutions
  • Startup or scale-up experience
  • Experience engaging VP and C-level stakeholders
  • Familiarity with enterprise account planning and strategic territory development
