[Remote] EPIC Integration Engineer (Cheers, Clinic & Call Center)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Saviance is seeking an experienced EPIC Integration Engineer to support the integration of AI Voice Agents within healthcare provider environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with EPIC integrations, healthcare interoperability, and provider workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement integrations across EPIC Cheers, Clinic, and Call Center modules
  • Integrate AI Voice Agents with EPIC workflows for scheduling, referrals, registration, and patient access
  • Develop integrations using FHIR, HL7, EPIC APIs, and App Orchard
  • Collaborate with Cisco/Webex teams to enable communication workflows within EPIC
  • Work with healthcare providers to understand and implement customized workflows
  • Troubleshoot and optimize EPIC integrations

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience with EPIC integrations
  • Hands-on experience with EPIC Cheers, Clinic, and Call Center
  • Strong knowledge of FHIR, HL7, and EPIC APIs
  • Experience working with US healthcare providers
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience integrating AI Voice Agents with EPIC
  • Familiarity with Cisco Webex and EPIC integration
