Responsibilities
- EPIC PM experience required 5 to 7 years of project management experience
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare industry experience
- Experience managing technology related initiatives
- Ability to anticipate obstacles and develop contingency plans
- Strong attention to detail and prioritization skills
- Experience selecting and implementing project management methodologies
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem solving skills
- Advanced organizational and project management capabilities
- Experience tracking project budgets, schedules, metrics, and resources
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization
- Experience leading teams of technology professionals
- Ability to integrate information across disciplines and align projects with business strategy
