The Role We are hiring remote ESL tutors to lead engaging, conversation-based English lessons for K-12 students enrolled in our partner private schools. Our tutors focus on building real communication skills, confidence, and fluency — not rote grammar drills. This is a freelance opportunity designed for experienced ESL educators who want flexibility without the overhead of lesson planning. • Adapt teaching style to different proficiency levels and learning preferences
• Maintain consistent, professional communication with students and Scholege staff
• Track student progress using Scholege's digital tools Required Qualifications
• TEFL, TESOL, or equivalent ESL teaching certification
• Bachelor's degree (any field)
• Minimum 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience (virtual teaching experience strongly preferred)
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional workspace with webcam and headset
