[Remote] Executive Healthcare Advisory Board Member Opportunity - Alzheimer’s Platform Growth

Alzheimer's Treatment Centers of America (ATCA) is building the national infrastructure for precision-based Alzheimer’s and dementia care. They are seeking an executive board advisor to guide platform growth, scalable operating models, and governance to address urgent challenges in cognitive decline and neurodegenerative diseases.
Responsibilities
- Advise on enterprise growth priorities, market expansion, clinic rollout strategy, and the operating decisions required to scale ATCA into a leading Alzheimer’s platform
- Guide the standardization and replication of clinic operations across markets, including care pathway design, interdisciplinary structures, and systems that preserve quality while enabling rapid growth
- Provide guidance on reimbursement alignment, market positioning, partnership development, unit economics, and the strategic frameworks needed to support sustained platform expansion
- Advise on digital health integration, AI-enabled decision support, strategic differentiation, and the governance infrastructure required to scale responsibly and credibly
