  • Designing and maintaining claims and customer service workflows
  • Translating business requirements into system configurations
  • Troubleshooting workflow issues
  • Collaborating with business and technical teams to improve claims processing efficiency and customer service operations

Skills

  • 3+ years Facets configuration experience
  • Experience with claims workflow configuration
