Responsibilities

• Help families protect their future with customized financial strategies
• Use our exclusive Expert Financial Analysis (EFA) tool to design personalized plans
• Educate clients on key financial products like RRSPs, TFSAs, RESPs, and more
• Build your own client base and, if desired, grow and lead a team
• Make a real impact in people's lives and help them achieve financial security

Skills

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (Canadian Citizen, PR, Work Permit holder)
• Students are not eligible unless graduating and receiving a work permit
• Willing to obtain license (or already licensed)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, coachable, and ready to work independently
• Must have a laptop/PC and reliable internet connection
• Commission-only mindset with strong income goals (potential to earn $50K–$100K+ in Year 1)
