They are seeking a Financial Management Business Analyst to support USDA FPAC financial planning, budget execution, reporting, and analysis activities.

Responsibilities

• Support budget formulation, execution, and financial planning activities
• Develop and maintain spend plans, financial reports, and budget analyses
• Perform reconciliations and variance analyses
• Support Interagency Agreement administration and tracking
• Prepare financial briefings, presentations, and reports
• Monitor financial performance metrics and provide recommendations
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and reporting requirements
• Maintain financial documentation and records

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting federal financial management activities
• Knowledge of federal budget and financial management processes
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial reporting tools
• Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM)
• Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM)
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Experience supporting USDA or other civilian Federal agencies
