Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. LoneReport is a company focused on ESG compliance and sustainability. They are seeking a Head of ESG Operations to oversee day-to-day workflow for ESG compliance projects, coordinate activities, and ensure timely client delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day workflow for ESG compliance projects
• Coordinate cross-functional activities
• Ensure timely delivery of client commitments
• Managing internal processes
• Monitoring performance metrics
• Optimizing operational efficiency
• Supporting the implementation of the AI-powered platform with enterprise customers
• Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align operational plans with business goals
• Troubleshooting issues
• Continuously refining best practices

Skills

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, optimize processes, and support decision-making
• Excellent communication skills for clear coordination with internal teams and enterprise clients
• Experience in operations management, including process design, workflow optimization, and performance tracking
• Project management capabilities to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple ESG reporting and platform implementation projects
• Prior experience in ESG, sustainability reporting, compliance, or management consulting is beneficial
• Experience building or experimenting with AI tools
• Sales support experience or familiarity with revenue operations, particularly in SaaS or B2B enterprise environments
• Comfort working with technology platforms; experience in SaaS, data analytics, or ESG tools is a plus
