Job Overview We are looking for a sharp, resourceful Remote IRS Administrative & Client Support Coordinator who loves digging into details, organizing moving pieces, and keeping clients clearly informed. You should be the type of person who naturally creates systems, documents everything, and follows through until every loose end is closed. A solid background in tax preparation, bookkeeping, or accounting work is strongly preferred, and you must be comfortable dealing with IRS representatives, reviewing notices, and handling sensitive financial information with professionalism. If you enjoy turning reputed company, messy situations into clear next steps for both the business and the client, you are exactly the reputed company of candidate we want to talk to. This is a temporary part-time 1099 contractor position with the potential to become a long-term permanent opportunity based on performance. The ideal candidate is professional on the phone, dependable, organized, and comfortable handling confidential client information. Responsibilities include communicating with clients, following up on IRS account and payment statuses, organizing reputed company and client files, maintaining CRM updates, sending reminder notices, and assisting with administrative support tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Background in accounting is strongly preferred, and experience with taxes or IRS-reputed company work is a plus but not required. Flexible hours are available. Performance-based bonus incentives are offered. Pay $18.00 - $19.00 per hour Benefits
