Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Eagle Harbor, LLC. is currently seeking a Jr. Data Analyst. This position will provide junior data analyst support services to facilitate data collection, analysis, and research activities in support of developing a comprehensive plan to enhance assessment methodologies and integrate findings into client training plans.

Responsibilities

• Collect, compile, and organize quantitative and qualitative data derived from EA activities, including assessment reports, evaluation records, exercise after-action reviews, and other relevant source documents, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the collection process
• Conduct systematic analysis of collected data to identify trends, gaps, patterns, and areas of improvement within current EA assessment frameworks, producing clear and concise analytical products such as summary reports, data visualizations, charts, and briefing materials to support leadership decision-making
• Perform research on best practices, emerging assessment methodologies, and relevant doctrine to inform recommendations for enhancing EA assessment processes and aligning them with training objectives and requirements
• Collaborate with EA staff, planners, and other stakeholders to ensure analytical products accurately reflect operational priorities and support the seamless integration of assessment outcomes into training plans. All work products shall be delivered in formats specified by the Government and in accordance with established deadlines, quality standards, and applicable security requirements
