They are seeking a Legal Intake Specialist who will manage the onboarding process for new and prospective clients, ensuring they are a good fit for the firm and scheduling consultations with attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing prospective clients by phone and email to learn more about the Firm and familiarize them with their cases
• Conducting primary research to investigate whether prospective clients' claims have merit
• Evaluating prospective clients' claims to determine whether they're in line with the areas of practice and experience of the Firm
• Signing up new clients, gaining a client's business
• Scheduling initial consultation appointments with attorneys for promising potential candidates
• Enter client’s information for incoming and outgoing calls

Skills

• Bilingual: Spanish
• Excellent telephone speaking voice, direct, clear, and concise
• Must be empathetic - Building trust through demonstrating a genuine understanding of the customer's situation
• Strong negotiation and people skills, demonstrating consistent and effective communication skills
• Candidates must be driven, resilient, and persistent
• Must possess a solid hunger to succeed and grow
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• A natural salesperson, someone who can get clients to sign with us and who can handle all aspects of personal injury claims
• Enjoys phone interactions
• Someone fearless in going above and beyond for the client and the Firm will work flawlessly with our team of motivated and successful specialists and strong paralegal and administrative professionals
• Ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks at once
• Positive and friendly demeanor
• Sales experience is a strong plus!
