Axiom is a leader in providing alternative legal services, and they are seeking a Legal Operations Specialist to enhance their clients' legal departments. The role involves managing legal operations processes, implementing strategic solutions, and improving contracting systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage client's legal operations processes and perform new process mapping
• Build out new processes and design roadmaps for implementation
• Helping clients vet potential CLM tools across a broad array of tools such as Ironclad, Agiloft, ContractPod, Luminance
• Implementing AI tools and increasing usage within the legal team/ use new AI features of existing tools
• Create and maintain resource materials on operational processes
• Plan and implement improvements to contracting systems, including developing and uploading templates
• Assist with project coordination and process management

Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a legal operations professional optimizing in-house legal workflow with contract, performance, vendor, and financial management work
• Familiarity with legal department KPIs
• Experience managing budget & spend management such as e-billing experience
• CLM implementation experience
• AI experience
• Comfortable with software implementation and experience implementing new systems and incorporating existing workstreams
• Robust experience with legal operations technology and related software
• Experience with CLM tool Luminance
