No splits. Commission is paid every week. What a normal week looks like

• Work your dialer from home on your own setup
• Close 2 or more deals a day and you're considered a producer
• Support and coaching are always ongoing, we want you moving up, not staying flat
• Commission is paid every week based on deals confirmed that week What we're looking for
• Minimum 1 year of Medicare sales experience, this is required, not preferred
• Active Health Insurance License required
• Self-motivated, this is 1099 contract
• Comfortable working a dialer and managing your pipeline
• Hunger to perform, this role rewards output, not hours Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
