They are seeking an Operations Assistant - Verifications to manage production reports and provide customer service to sales and operations staff.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing various production reports on a day-to-day basis; along with other administrative duties
• Providing various levels of customer service to sales & operations staff such as preparing and receiving loan documentation from outside vendors
• Participating and contributing to a positive work environment which encourages departmental success and company culture
• Performing other duties as assigned
