They are seeking a Performance Marketing Creative Intern who is passionate about creating high-performing content and enjoys working with creators and influencers.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance-driven creative concepts for paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Write high-converting scripts for short-form ads (UGC-style, influencer-style, testimonial, problem-solution formats)
• Identify and research influencer/UGC trends and adapt them for paid acquisition
• Continuously test and optimize creative strategies to improve conversion performance

Skills

• Relevant experience in Performance advertising
• Paid social campaigns
• Script writing for short-form ads
• Influencer or UGC marketing
• Strong understanding of conversion-focused storytelling
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads ecosystem
• Data-driven mindset - comfortable reviewing performance metrics and iterating creatives
