Skills

• MUST have a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
• MUST have 8+ years of relevant professional experience
• MUST be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust background clearance
• MUST have experience with Federal Human Resources, including GS pay scales, position descriptions, and hiring processes
• Experience supporting Federal Human Resources or HR consulting initiatives
• Knowledge of Federal finance functions and organizational transformation efforts
• Experience developing GS position descriptions, workforce planning, or supporting federal hiring processes
• Experience working in a federal consulting environment or supporting government clients
• Comfortable using Claude AI or similar AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity
• Project Management Professionals (PMP) certification
• Experience working with the U.S Department of Veterans Affairs
