ConnectMe Capital, LLC is a boutique fund administrator that partners with its clients while offering a collaborative culture and professional growth. They are seeking a Senior Fund Accountant or Manager to oversee fund accounting and operational processes for private equity and hedge fund clients, ensuring timely financial reporting and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and steer fund accounting and operations processes for private equity and hedge fund clients, including timely NAV delivery and financial reporting
• Reconciliations and allocations
• Review / approve performance & management fees
• Waterfall distributions and carried interest calculations
• Supervise/mentor fund accountants
• Drive process improvement
• Act as primary point of contact for clients and their vendors (auditors, etc), resolving issues

Skills

• 6-10 years of fund accounting experience with solid private equity fund accounting or private credit experience, including European style waterfall calculations
• Some Hedge fund accounting experience needed as you will work with both types of clients
• Experience with year-end financial statements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel pivot tables and lookups a must)
• Strong analytical skills
• Detail oriented
• Excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Excellent client service skills
• Self motivated/can work independently
• Can multitask and work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Willing/able to work CST hours
• Bachelor's degree required, ideally in Accounting, but will consider similar degrees such as Finance or Business, with the right experience
• CPA is a plus!
