Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Meade is a full-service design firm specializing in innovative and cost-effective engineering solutions. They are seeking a Project Manager II to own the end-to-end delivery of repeatable, bounded-scope projects with defined workflows and predictable delivery patterns.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize engineering documents (drawings, specs, reports)
• Enforce naming conventions, version control, and document standards
• Manage document systems (Egnyte, SharePoint, Procore, etc.)
• Distribute documents and manage transmittals
• Route documents for review and approval
• Track and maintain logs for drawings, RFIs, submittals, NTPs, and Pos
• Ensure compliance with company and project documentation standards
• Archive completed project records and support close-out

Skills

• 2+ years of project coordination or project management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, Technology, Construction Management, or a related administrative or technical field
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
• Comfort working with structured workflows and templates
• Strong task, schedule, and dependency management skills
• Working knowledge of project management tools (ClickUp or similar)
• Ability to execute independently within defined scope
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
