They are seeking an experienced Project Procurement Manager to support large-scale data center projects, guiding procurement from early planning through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement for EPC capital projects (RFQs, bid analysis, negotiations, PO issuance)
• Partner with engineering, construction, and project teams to drive sourcing decisions
• Manage supplier relationships, fabrication progress, and delivery timelines
• Coordinate site logistics, material receiving, and contractor alignment
• Support contracting, vendor selection, and prequalification processes
• Travel to supplier sites and project locations to ensure execution stays on track
• Use tools like NetSuite, Procore, and Asana to manage workflows and reporting

Skills

• 6+ years of experience in EPCM, heavy industrial construction, or industrial plant operations; direct project experience is a strong plus
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain management within capital projects
• Experience with construction, contracting, and major equipment/material procurement
• Excellent negotiation, commercial, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, contracts, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in data center projects preferred
• Familiarity with tools such as NetSuite, Procore, and/or Asana preferred
