Responsibilities

• Follow the company recruitment processes complying with local, state, and federal employment laws
• Utilize sourcing and recruiting strategies to ensure the company attracts and selects the best candidates considering skills, experiences and cultural fit for the position
• Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to qualify position requirements including qualifications, experience, location and or travel frequency, compensation expectations, etc

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; or equivalent combinations of experience and education
• Two years HR sourcing and full cycle recruitment experience
• Previous experience utilizing an application tracking system (ATS)
• Previous Sourcing experience
