[Remote] Regional Account Manager – Technical Sales (Northeast)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Noraxon is a global leader in human movement and performance technology, seeking an experienced B2B outside sales professional for the Technical Sales Representative role. This position involves developing customer relationships, managing the sales cycle, and representing the company at industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals, and territory development
  • Develop and grow existing customer relationships while identifying expansion opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing
  • Conduct product demonstrations and customer presentations
  • Build relationships with customers and key decision-makers across universities, healthcare organizations, and performance institutions
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM activity
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales objectives

Skills

  • 5–10 years of successful B2B technical or capital sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience selling office technology, document management solutions, managed print services, production print, capital equipment, industrial equipment, business technology, or other complex B2B technology solutions
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Experience managing customer relationships and sales pipelines
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Willingness to travel as required throughout the assigned territory 25-50%
  • BA/BS degree in a related field
  • Experience selling into one or more of the following markets is a plus: Higher Education, Healthcare, Government, Commercial Enterprise, Research Organizations, Sport Performance Organizations
  • Familiarity with biomechanics, motion capture, EMG, force plates, gait analysis, rehabilitation technology, sports performance technology, or human performance systems
