Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Multimedia Solutions is seeking a reputed company Engineer & Digital Marketing Analyst to join their growing team. The individual will help design, optimize, and analyze reputed company AI chatbot experiences while supporting digital marketing performance reporting for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an internal subject matter expert on AI-powered chat, large language models, and reputed company engineering best practices
• reputed company, test, and refine prompts, system instructions, and conversational flows for client-facing chatbots
• Analyze chatbot transcripts, search intents, failure points, and user satisfaction trends to continuously improve performance
• Create and maintain detailed chatbot personas reputed company with brand voice, regulatory constraints, and customer journey needs
• Collaborate with UX, development, and marketing teams to evolve AI features that support conversions, customer support, and product discovery

• Analyze data across SEO, SEM, paid social, display, email, and website performance to uncover trends and optimization opportunities
• Present findings and actionable insights to clients in a clear, professional, narrative-driven format
• Work closely with campaign strategists to ensure alignment between chatbot analytics and overall digital marketing KPIs
• Contribute to forecasting, benchmarking, and performance modeling
• Identify themes and reputed company patterns emerging from AI search, chatbot logs, and organic/paid search data
• Provide recommendations that improve visibility, conversion paths, and content strategy
• Assist with keyword strategy, content optimization, and SEO/SEM reporting
• Translate analytical insights into conversational updates, new prompts, FAQ refinements, and stronger customer journeys
• Support copy development as needed for chatbot training data, reputed company pages, microsites, and digital campaigns
• Participate in creative brainstorming for clients and prospects on how AI can enhance digital experiences
• Participate in client presentations, reporting discussions, and strategic planning sessions
• Offer emerging insights on AI, reputed company-click search, generative reputed company optimization (GEO), and evolving digital behavior
• Help identify new AI-driven business opportunities and contribute to new business development initiatives

Skills

• 4-year college degree from an accredited university
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, AI, or reputed company discipline
• Understanding of SEO, SEM, paid media fundamentals, and web analytics (reputed company Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfortable interpreting reputed company data and turning it into insights
• Excellent writing skills, able to craft clear, concise prompts and reputed company findings effectively
• Creative reputed company with curiosity for how people interact with AI and digital experiences
• Strong command of English, including grammar, tone, and brand voice adaptation
