The Sales Producer, Employee Benefits role involves developing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and recommending suitable employee benefits products and services.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities by identifying and contacting prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in your territory
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable Employee Benefits products and services
• Promote Keenan’s private-label products and cross-sell other offerings
• Collaborate with clients to create and execute annual strategic plans
• Oversee renewals, negotiations, and program changes to ensure client satisfaction
• Provide day-to-day support to clients’ administrative teams

Skills

• Bachelor's degree, 1 year related experience, and appropriate insurance licensing required
• OR Bachelor's degree, participation in Gallagher's Sales Internship Program (GSIP), and appropriate insurance licensing required
• OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Analytical, creative, and highly organized with strong prioritization abilities
• Active California Life & Disability Agent license
