• Collaborate with IT leaders to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment strategies
• Create and send personalized outreach emails to engage passive candidates
• Attend industry events, tech conferences, and meetups to network with IT professionals
• Draft and deliver compelling job offer letters
• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires

• Perform job and task analyses to document duties and technical requirements
