Remote Scrum Master - Federal Government Project

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate scrum meetings, addressing blockers and ensuring smooth team operations
- Foster collaboration, transparency, and innovation within a cross-functional Agile software development team
- Promote Agile quality practices and serve as a resource for process-related inquiries
- Advise government personnel on process standardization improvements
- Collaborate directly with senior-level client leadership teams in project delivery
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile development and project management
- Proven experience with large-scale software development, data management, and software integration projects
- Expertise in the Agile SAFe framework is essential
- Experience facilitating briefings to senior leadership and capturing actionable meeting outcomes
- SAFe Certified Scrum Master
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with the Department of Veteran Affairs and its related tools and processes
- Familiarity with Project and Configuration Management tools (e.g., Jira, GitHub)
- Background in technical disciplines with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or related fields
- Experience in healthcare-related projects is a plus
- Ability to obtain a Government clearance
