As a Senior Consultant in the Events Business Consulting practice, you will help customers transform their operations with technology and data to bring treatments to patients faster.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Act as the Lead for small-scale projects, managing end-to-end design and delivery of high-quality customer solutions
• Team Management: Lead project teams of 2–3 consultants, developing your people leadership skills in a project setting
• Business Development: Drive practice growth by leading proposal development and identifying new opportunities within your engagements
• Strategic Problem Solving: Solve complex challenges for Life Sciences leaders by leveraging Veeva’s unique data, software, and AI insights
• Subject Matter Expertise: Support multiple projects across the Events Business Consulting while developing deep expertise in 1–2 specific functional areas

Skills

• 5+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
• Proven expertise in HCP engagement strategy, HCP educational programs, commercial operations, omnichannel and/or marketing excellence are preferred
• A strong mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning
• Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Knowledge of Veeva products
• Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions
