The role involves leading finance modernization efforts for CFOs and finance teams, with responsibilities spanning operating model design, process improvement, and technology enablement.

Responsibilities

• Helping CFOs and finance leadership teams modernize the finance function
• Finance operating model design
• R2R, O2C, P2P and FP&A process improvement
• Shared services / centres of excellence
• ERP / EPM-enabled finance transformation
• Performance management and reporting
• Finance technology enablement
• Transformation roadmap and business case development
• End-to-end programme execution

Skills

• 10–15+ years' experience across finance transformation, CFO advisory, finance operations or performance improvement
• Strong consulting / professional services background
• Experience advising CFOs, CAOs, Controllers or senior finance leaders
• Practical understanding of finance processes and enabling systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Anaplan, OneStream, Hyperion, NetSuite or similar
• Ability to lead complex client engagements and manage teams
• Commercial mindset and appetite to help grow a developing practice
