Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Judge Group is building a modern suite of SaaS products for the civic and government sector, focusing on AI-powered capabilities. They are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own an AI-powered platform end-to-end, drive technical enhancements, and collaborate with leadership to align technical and product goals.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve a production-ready AI-powered CMS platform
• Drive the technical roadmap and implement new features across the full stack
• Maintain and improve system reliability, uptime, and performance
• Manage and scale AWS infrastructure using AWS CDK
• Establish and maintain monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes
• Leverage AI tools and large language models to accelerate development workflows
• Collaborate directly with leadership to align technical direction with product goals

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in full stack software engineering
• Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks such as React or Next.js
• Hands-on experience with AWS, including infrastructure as code (preferably CDK)
• Experience working with PostgreSQL, Prisma or similar ORMs, and Redis
• Strong understanding of production systems, monitoring, and incident response
• Experience using AI tools in day-to-day engineering workflows
• Experience working in monorepo environments using tools such as pnpm and Turborepo
• Familiarity with Docker-based local development environments
• Experience owning or leading a product or platform in production
• Strong product mindset with the ability to prioritize and execute independently
