They are seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer to help design and develop the core systems that will power the future of AI.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale highly available backend services and APIs powering AI infrastructure products
• Develop cloud-native systems that support large-scale AI and machine learning workloads
• Architect distributed systems with a focus on reliability, security, performance, and scalability
• Build and maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure and services
• Collaborate closely with product, infrastructure, and security teams to bring new products to market
• Contribute to technical architecture decisions and long-term platform strategy
• Mentor engineers and help establish engineering best practices across the organization
• Improve observability, automation, deployment workflows, and operational excellence

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 5+ years of professional backend software engineering experience
• Strong experience designing and building scalable backend systems in production environments
• Deep expertise with Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies
• Experience building distributed systems, microservices, and APIs
• Experience working in a startup or high-growth technology environment
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and engineering best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience building infrastructure, platform, developer tooling, or security products
• Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, model deployment platforms, or large-scale data systems
• Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Familiarity with containerization technologies
• Experience operating in fast-paced environments with a high degree of ownership and autonomy
