Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and maintaining system reliability and performance
• Participate in incident management, triage, and root cause analysis
• Develop basic automation scripts to reduce manual operational tasks
• Collaborate with senior engineers to learn best practices in system design and maintenance
• Follow established processes for service deployment and change management
• Engage in knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team learning

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Basic understanding of Linux/Unix administration, networking, and system troubleshooting
• Basic knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Basic experience in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI)
• Understanding of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk
• Awareness of cloud computing concepts (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Good understanding of version control systems (Git)
• Familiarity with developing AI based solutions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Basic familiarity with location services, telemetry, or event-driven systems
• Understanding of the challenges with network variability, especially for mobile clients or IoT systems
