Responsibilities

Daily LinkedIn presence for TWF (5-10 posts per week across founder and firm accounts)
Instagram and Facebook presence for the Premium Hospitality and Event Staffing division
Community management - respond to comments, DMs, mentions within 4 hours
Repurpose long-form content into social formats
Engage with prospects in comments and DMs
Monthly analytics review with TWF leadership

Skills

Social media managers with B2B services background
3-7 years experience
Strong LinkedIn fluency
Comfortable with Instagram and Facebook for the hospitality division
Comfortable engaging directly with prospects in comments and DMs
Familiar with social analytics, A/B testing on copy, and inbound attribution
