The role involves understanding end-to-end telecom architecture, collaborating with teams on network configurations, and analyzing key telecom KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Understand endtoend telecom architecture, including: Access, core, and transport networks
• Call flows and signaling
• Work with telecom teams on: Network configurations
• Integrations and upgrades
• Capacity and traffic planning
• Analyze and track key telecom KPIs, including: Traffic patterns
• Call drops
• Access and latency issues
• Network performance metrics
• Collaborate with OSS/BSS teams to monitor operational performance
• Support initiatives involving: Packet brokers
• Core network elements (advantage)
• Virtualized and cloudbased networks
• Understand networking fundamentals: Packet loss, jitter, latency
• IP networking, routing, and servers

Skills

• 15+ years of experience
• Strong understanding of Telecom architecture and Telecom Domain background
• Understand end-to-end telecom architecture, including Access, core, and transport networks
• Understand call flows and signaling
• Work with telecom teams on network configurations, integrations and upgrades, capacity and traffic planning
• Analyze and track key telecom KPIs, including traffic patterns, call drops, access and latency issues, network performance metrics
• Collaborate with OSS/BSS teams to monitor operational performance
• Support initiatives involving packet brokers and core network elements
• Understand virtualized and cloud-based networks
• Understand networking fundamentals including packet loss, jitter, latency, IP networking, routing, and servers
