They are seeking a Senior Platform Product Manager to own the core platform capabilities that every product team depends on, defining platform strategy and collaborating with Product and Engineering leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the core platform, including identity, permissions, data models, reporting, audit logs and AI infrastructure
• Define the strategy for public APIs, integrations, GraphQL, webhooks and developer tooling
• Build the operating model for production AI agents, covering observability, evaluations, guardrails, governance and human-in-the-loop workflows
• Establish best practices for AI product development across latency, cost, accuracy, tool calling and model lifecycle management
• Drive platform architecture across multi-tenant systems, configurable workflows and enterprise scalability
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership to define technical standards, launch processes and evaluation frameworks that support long-term growth

Skills

• 6+ years of Product Management experience within B2B SaaS
• Recent experience shipping AI agents or LLM-powered products into production
• Platform Product Management experience, owning capabilities used across multiple product teams
• Strong technical credibility with the ability to influence senior engineering stakeholders
• Experience with APIs, developer platforms and data architecture
• A hands-on builder mindset—you enjoy solving complex technical problems rather than coordinating delivery
• Experience within fast-paced startups or scale-ups
• Experience in PropTech, FinTech or ERP platforms would be advantageous but isn't essential
