• Ability to collaborate effectively in remote, asynchronous teams
• LLM evaluation, reputed company evaluation, or RLHF-adjacent workflows
• Familiarity with annotation guidelines compliance and vendor/ops labeling programs
• Exposure to MLOps and experiment tracking for reproducible research
